Independence Community College

ConEdison Solutions was engaged to assist the college with energy equipment improvements to all ten campus buildings. Several key items were identified as part of the Systems Portfolio and Master Plan developed for the community college with critical input from the Board of Trustees, the President, administrators, faculty, staff and students. 

Manatee Community College

ConEdison Solutions, through its subsidiary, BGA, Inc., was selected through a competitive process by the District Board of Trustees of Manatee Community College to develop, design and install a variety of energy efficiency measures under a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract.

Penn State Beaver
Penn State Beaver faced maintenance problems and comfort issues resulting from an aging infrastructure. The most serious of these issues was the failed heating system in the Michael Baker Building, one of the main teaching facilities on the campus.

Penn State Erie - The Behrend College

The Behrend College Erie, PA One of the most notable and visible changes was the installation of a 1.8 kW wind turbine. The wind turbine not only supplies renewable energy to the campus, but serves as an education and research tool for studying wind power.

Penn State Harrisburg

Weatherization upgrades were made to windows and doors, and a variety of other green enhancements were implemented across the campus as part of an energy-efficiency project, helping the university with its commitment to go green.

The Pennsylvania State University West Halls Residential Complex

ConEdison Solutions, through its subsidiary, Custom Energy Services, performed a detailed audit to examine how the buildings were using energy and proposed a comprehensive set of energy saving measures to be implemented.
